Flash X Celbux: Streamlining Transactions
Flash has partnered with Celbux, a leading cash disbursement agency and the ‘first of its kind’ Google cloud-based system. With over 1.5-million accounts and over 60-million financial transactions, customers can now also collect their pay-outs at their nearestFlash shop.
This partnership benefits both merchants and customers alike. For example, a customer can skip long ques and save money on transport by visiting a Flash shop in their area. Saving time and money. For merchants, it’s yet another way to attract customers and earn commission.
For Merchants
To access cash-outs with Celbux , merchants first need to ensure that their device is running the latest update and is connected to a strong network. Once connected, here’s how to access it:
Old Flash App:
- Open your old Flash app
- Select Vouchers & Cash Out
- Choose Celbux from the menu
- Enter the customer’s 16-digit voucher PIN
- Confirm whether you have enough cash available to complete the cash-out
- Complete the transaction
- Generate a slip to confirm that the customer has received their Celbux cash-out
New Flash App:
- Open your new Flash app
- Choose Celbux from the CustomerCash Out section
- Select enter voucher pin
- Insert the customer’s 16-digit voucher PIN
- Confirm whether you have enough cash to complete the cash-out
- Complete the transaction
SOLAR:
- Choose Vouchers/ 1Voucher on your Solar device menu
- Select Give cash out
- Select Celbux
- Select Enter customer cash out PIN
- Enter the customer’s 16-digit voucher PIN
- Check whether you have enough cash available to complete the cash-out
- Confirm that you have enough cash by choosing OK
- Accept the terms and conditions
- Generate a confirmation of the transaction
- That’s it!
