Every qualifying payment counts as an entry—the more you pay, the more chances you have to win!

Here’s how it works:

Pay your Nyaradzo policy at any Flash store between 16 June and 5 July 2025.
You’ll be automatically entered into the lucky draw.
Winners will be randomly selected and notified via SMS.
Each winner gets R100 loaded to their Flash Plus wallet to spend on vouchers in the rewards portal.

The competition will run from 07:00 on 16 June 2025 to and including 23:59 on August 2025 (“the Competition Period”).

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To enter the competition, you must pay your Nyaradzo policy at any Flash trader or kiosk during the Competition Period (“Entry Criteria”).

Participants will automatically be entered when complying with the entry criteria. Participants may enter as many times as they like. Each qualifying policy payment will be considered a separate entry.

A total of 1000 winners will be selected via a random draw from all participants who complied with the entry criteria. Winners will be selected within two weeks after the end of the competition period.

Each winner will receive a Flash Plus reward balance to the value of R100 (“Winnings”). Winners will receive a unique short code via SMS to access their winnings on the Flash Plus rewards portal.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winners will be notified via SMS using the mobile number associated with their Nyaradzo policy payment.

The competition is open to all participants within the Republic of South Africa who have valid proof of identity, excluding employees of Flash, Nyaradzo, and their associated companies.

Flash, Nyaradzo and their agents do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying or enjoying the prize won in this competition.

The winners give Flash, Nyaradzo and their authorized agents consent to use their names for publicity purposes unless expressly refused.

Flash and Nyaradzo reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reason whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Flash and Nyaradzo and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Flash and Nyaradzo.

By participating in this competition, you consent to:
(i) the processing of your personal information by Flash, Nyaradzo and other companies in the Pepkor group, their operators, agents, and subcontractors (who may be outside South Africa), provided they maintain confidentiality;
(ii) the collection of your personal information from other sources to supplement existing records;
(iii) the retention of your information by Flash for as long as allowed for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, and marketing purposes; and
(iv) the use of your information by Flash to send you product, service, or promotional information from Pepkor group companies that may interest you.

You may opt out of direct marketing by notifying Flash in writing or registering on any legally recognized opt-out registry. Flash will not charge a fee for this and will implement changes as soon as reasonably possible.
