In an effort to make life easier for our Flash customers, we’ve made our most important products available to buy through our USSD code.
Simply dial *130*269# to see the full list of what you can buy or do through this service. The best part? It’s free! In today’s world where we hardly have time to think (let alone go out of our way to buy electricity, airtime, or renew our DStv subscription) Flash has made it easier than ever to access value-added services (VAS).
The process has been simplified for both registered and unregistered Flash customers who want to use the USSD service. The only difference in the ‘buying steps’ is that un-registered Flash users would need to sign up to transact. Registered users get a menu with various products to buy, unregistered users can claim their FBE as well as check their lotto numbers but cannot use the string to purchase until they are registered. To register, simply dial the USSD mentioned above.
Instead of logging on to the internet or an app, using USSD is quick and efficient and gives many customers access to the service. How? Because you don’t need a smartphone to use USSD services. Whether you’re using the latest android phone or an ‘old faithful,’ just dial *130*269# to start the process.

Un-registered users:
- Option 1: Eezi Power - Electricity you can buy without a meter number.
- Option 2: FBE - Customers can claim their Free Basic Electricity at the push of few buttons.
- Option 3: Lotto - View the winning lotto numbers.
- Option 4: Pay with Flash - For more information you’ll be directed to contact the Call Centre.
- Option 5: Register - Allows unregistered users to register their Flash account.
- Option 6: Help - Provides you with more information on our products and services as well as the contact details of our help centre.
Registered users:
- Option 1: Payments - Allows you to pay any store accounts you might have with our selected partners.
- Option 2: Airtime - Enables you to buy airtime without the use of an app.
- Option 3: Eezi Power -Electricity you can buy without a meter number.
- Option 4: Electricity/FBE -Customers can claim their Free Basic Electricity at the push of few buttons.
