1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 The MTN National Airtime Campaign Competition ("Competition") is operated by Flash Mobile Vending (Pty) Ltd ("Flash").
1.2 By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Competition is open to all participants within South Africa who can provide a valid proof of identity. Flash traders, employees, directors, and immediate family members of Flash and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
3. Competition Period
The Competition will run from 08:00 on the 1st of July 2025 up to and including 23:59 on the 29th of August 2025 (“Competition Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER (“Entry requirements”)
4.1 Purchase a MTN airtime or data voucher valued at R15.00 or more from any Flash Trader and dial the USSD code printed at the bottom of your voucher slip. Once you have dialled the USSD code, you will be entered into the Competition; or
4.2 purchase an Eezi Airtime voucher valued at R15.00 or more and redeem it to your MTN account. Upon redemption, dial the USSD code printed at the bottom of your voucher slip. Once the airtime has successfully been redeemed to your MTN account and you have dialled the USSD code, you will be entered into the Competition.
4.3 Participants may enter the Competition as many times as they want. Each time you meet the Entry requirements, a new entry into the Competition will be recorded.
5. WINNERS AND PRIZES
5.1 A total of four hundred (400) winners will be selected from the eligible entries. Each winner will receive R2500 in 1Voucher, totaling R1000,000.00 in prizes. Winners will receive their SMS’s within 3 (three) business days from the draw dates.
5.2 Bonus for Existing App Users: If a winner was a registered user of the 1ForYou App or 1Voucher App prior to the start of the Competition, their winnings will be doubled. The additional winnings will be added to the winner’s balance in the relevant app.
6. DRAW DATES
The winners will be selected via a random draw conducted on the following dates:
· 15 July 2025: 100 winners will be selected.
· 29 July 2025: 100 winners will be selected.
· 18 August 2025: 100 winners will be selected.
· 01 September 2025: 100 winners will be selected.
7. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
7.1 By participating in this Competition, you consent to (i) the processing of your personal information by Flash and other companies in the Pepkor group, any of their operators, agents and sub-contractors (who may be outside South Africa), on the condition that they will keep such information confidential; (ii) the collection of your personal information from any other source to supplement the personal information which Flash has about you; (iii) the retention by Flash of your personal information for as long as permitted for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention and marketing purposes; (iv) Flash using your personal information to send you information about products, services, and special offers of the various companies in the Pepkor group that may be of interest or value to you.
7.2 You further consent to Flash filming you and using your name for publicity purposes.
7.3 You may opt out of direct marketing by notifying Flash in writing or registering on any legally recognized opt-out registry. Flash will not charge a fee for this and will implement changes as soon as reasonably possible.
8. GENERAL TERMS
8.1 By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.2 Flash reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.
8.3 Flash’s decision regarding all aspects of the Competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.4 Any disputes arising from the Competition will be governed by the laws of South Africa. 8.5 These terms and conditions are also available at www.flash.co.za.
