1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Trader Incentive MTN300MB WhatsApp Bundle Competition ("Competition") is operated by Flash Mobile Vending (Pty) Ltd ("Flash").
1.2 By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Employees, directors, and immediate family members of Flash and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
3. Competition Period
The Competition will run from 08:00 on the 11th of November 2025 to and including 23:59 on the 31st of January 2026 (“Competition Period”). Only qualifying sales made within this period will be considered for entry into the competition.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 To qualify for automatic entry into the Competition, Merchants must sell Twenty (20) MTN 300MB WhatsApp Bundles (“Qualifying Bundle(s)”) each month between 11 November and 31 January 2026. Merchants who meet this sales requirement within the Competition Period will be entered into the draw.
4.2 Merchants may enter the Competition multiple times. For every qualifying bundle sold during the competition period, the Merchant will receive one (1) automatic entry into the Competition.The more Qualifying Bundles sold, the more entries the Merchant will receive.
5. WINNERS AND PRIZES
A total of fifty (50) winners will be selected from the eligible entries. Each winner will receive R20,000 in Flash Balance, totaling R1 000,000.00 in prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and will be credited directly to the winning Merchants' Flash balance.
6. DRAW DATE
A total of fifty (50) winners will be selected through random draws conducted at the end of each month during the competition period. All valid entries received during the competition period will be included in the draws.
The draws will take place on the following dates:
- 01 December 2025 – 30 winners
- 16 January 2026 – 10 winners
- 02 February 2026 – 10 winners
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE ALLOCATION
Winners will be notified viaSMS and through the official Merchant WhatsApp Channel. The R20,000 Flash balance prize will be automatically credited to the winning Merchants' Flash balance.No further action will be required from the winners to claim their prize.
8. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
8.1 By participating in this Competition, youconsent to (i) the processing of your personal information by Flash and othercompanies in the Pepkor group, any of their operators, agents andsub-contractors (who may be outside South Africa) on the condition that theywill keep such information confidential; (ii) the collection of your personalinformation from any other source to supplement the personal information whichFlash has about you; (iii) the retentionby Flash of your personal information for as long as permitted for legal,regulatory, fraud prevention and marketing purposes; (iv) Flash using yourpersonal information to send you information about products, services, andspecial offers of the various companies in the Pepkor group that may be ofinterest or value to you.
8.2 You may opt out of direct marketing by notifying Flash in writing or registering on any legally recognized opt-out registry. Flash will not charge a fee for this and will implement changes as soon as reasonably possible.
9. GENERAL TERMS
9.1 By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9.2 Flash reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.
9.3 Flash’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.4 Any disputes arising from the Competition will be governed by the laws of South Africa.
