1. The competition will run from 00:01 on 10 November 2025 to and including 23:59 on 31 December 2025 (“the Competition Period”).
2. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. To enter, you (the trader) must make supplier payments to a minimum of three (3) different suppliers using Pay with Flash in November 2025 AND three (3) different suppliers in December 2025 (“Entry Criteria”).
4. Participants will be automatically entered when complying with the Entry Criteria. Each month’s completion of payments to three different suppliers counts as an entry (maximum of two entries per trader-one for November and one for December).
5. There will be a total of three (3) winners selected by Flash via a random draw from all qualifying participants who complied with the Entry Criteria.
- 1st Prize: Flash device balance top-up to the value of R15 000
- 2nd Prize: Flash device balance top-up to the value of R10 000
- 3rd Prize: Flash device balance top-up to the value of R5 000 Winners will be selected and notified in January 2026.
6. Winners will receive their Flash device balance top-up automatically.
7. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
8. The competition is open to all trader/merchant participants within the Republic of South Africa who have valid proof of identity, excluding employees of Flash and its associated companies.
9. Flash and their agents do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for the use or enjoyment of the prize.
10. The winners give Flash and its authorized agents consent to use their name and picture for publicity purposes unless refused.
11. Flash reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reason whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Flash and acknowledge that you will not have recourse or claim of any nature against Flash.
12. By participating in this competition, you consent to: (i) the processing of your personal information by Flash, companies in the Pepkor group, their operators, agents, and subcontractors (including those outside South Africa), provided they maintain the confidentiality of such information; (ii) Flash collecting your personal information from any other source to supplement its records; (iii) Flash retaining your personal information for as long as permitted for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, and marketing purposes; and (iv) Flash using your personal information to send marketing and promotional information regarding products, services, and special offers of companies within the Pepkor group.
13. You may opt out of direct marketing by notifying Flash in writing or registering a block on any registry that Flash is legally required to recognize. Flash will not charge you a fee for updating this request and will action it as soon as reasonably possible.
